Mascarpone e Noci

INGREDIENTS:
  • Lombard Mascarpone
  • Walnuts
  • Grape sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Fresh cream
  • Fresh milk
  • Carob seed flour
As the name suggests, the “Mascarpone e noci” flavor sees as protagonists the flavors of Lombard mascarpone and walnuts. Two different types of sugars are also added: brown sugar and grape sugar. The making also includes fresh milk and fresh cream and carob seed flour.  

Pera e Cioccolato

INGREDIENTS:
  • Williams pears
  • Dark chocolate 70%
  • Brown sugar
  • Grape sugar
The “Pera e Cioccolato” flavor is focused on the flavor of Williams pears and dark chocolate 70%. To this base we add brown sugar and grape sugar.  

Primavera

INGREDIENTS:
  • Chinese jasmine green tea
  • Pink Lady apples
  • Brown sugar
  • Grape sugar
The “Primavera” flavor has a fresh and light taste and is made from the combination of Chinese jasmine green tea and Pink Lady apples. This flavor also includes brown sugar and grape sugar.
