Croccantino all’Amarena

INGREDIENTS:
  • Fiordilatte
  • Dark chocolate
  • Cherry juice
  • Crushed amaretto biscuits
Croccantino allAmarena” is composed of a base of fiordilatte, to which we add pure dark chocolate. For seasoning, we use cherry juice and a fine grain of amaretto biscuits.

  • Gandino barbed corn
  • Lime honey
  • Amarenata of Lake Iseo
  • Monte Bronzone Achillea
Mièlgot del Sebino” wants to enhance the products from Sebino, a territory including the characteristic Lake Iseo and the surrounding valleys. The gelato is made of a mix of fresh milk and cheese, Gandino barbed corn, Amarenata of Lake Iseo and Monte Bronzone Achillea. “Mièlgot del Sebino” won the first place in the competition “Concorso di Gelateria Artigianale” of San Pellegrino Terme.
